Any product purchased during a promotion related to a “gift with purchase” can be exchanged for the full value of the invoiced price. If the exchange is below the promotional gift threshold, the gift must be returned or you will be charged for the full price of the gifted product. Gifted product cannot be returned or exchanged.
Orders & Cancellations
An agreement for Happy Elsie Shop (“Seller”) to sell goods to you (“Purchaser”) is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller’s charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

Warranty
Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
Happy Elsie Shop, is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.

The gem stones and beads in our jewelry are carefully hand picked of fine quality. Findings: Lobster clasps, extenders, closed rings and earring hooks are sterling silver; Wires used in wire-wrapping jewelry: Non tarnish silver, lead and mercury free made in USA. Head pins: silver plated. Our pieces are made from the best materials, including natural stones, CZs and crystals. Additionally, our gold filled and/or gold plated pieces have thick layers of 18K and or 16K gold and a top coating, which ensures durability and great finishes.
Every product is Nickel Free and Hypoallergenic.
Caring For Your Jewelry
We recommend customers to remove the jewelry before doing physical activities, sports, working in construction and cleaning, which may compromise the finishing of the jewelry.
In order to maintain the beauty of your jewelry, avoid wearing when going to the pool or beach, since chlorine and salt water can damage its appearance Also avoid exposing to harsh chemicals, such as polish cloths, lotions, perfumes, alcohol, detergent, etc .Exposure to harsh chemicals and high temperatures may result in opaqueness and damage.
In order to clean our products, use water and a small amount of neutral soap with the help of a soft toothbrush. You can soak the piece into the mix of water and soap for 5-10 minutes and wash the piece with running water. It is also important to dry the piece afterwards using a hair dryer and paper towel, in order to make sure that the piece is totally dry before using or storing it. Other polishing methods should not be used.
