SHIPPING

Orders placed online will be shipped primarily by UPS ground unless otherwise specified in the “Comment” area when placing order. We do not ship to Hotels or P.O Boxes. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

RETURNS

Returns or exchanges may take up to 5-10 business days to process once the product has arrived at the return address. Please make sure to keep a receipt with a tracking number for all your returns.

NO merchandise is accepted after the 15 day period from the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned items over $200 value, including exchanged items. Policy is subject to change at any given time, without notice.

We’re confident you’ll love love your pieces! However, if by chance you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to help.

  • Merchandise must be accompanied by original proof of purchase and must be in its original packaging.
  • Returns received within 15 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund.
  • Returns received after 15 days and within 30 days of the ship date are eligible for refund in the form of store credit only.
  • Returns cannot be accepted on items received more than 30 days after the original ship date.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees from US Territories are at your own expense.
